1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PuzzlePage ("we," "us," or "our") at puzzlepage.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Permitted Use

PuzzlePage is free to use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the puzzles generated by this Service for any of the following purposes:

• Personal projects — crafts, gifts, hobby use, and recreational activities.
• Educational use — classroom materials, homework, tutoring, homeschool curricula, and school events.
• Commercial use — publishing puzzle books (including Amazon KDP), selling printed products, creating educational materials for sale, and other commercial applications.

There is no attribution requirement, though it is appreciated. You retain full ownership of the content (word lists, titles) you provide as input.

3. Email Requirement for Bulk Generation

Generating more than five (5) puzzles in a single session is a premium feature that requires you to provide a valid email address. By providing your email address to unlock bulk downloads, you consent to being added to our mailing list, through which we may send product updates, tips, and occasional promotional messages.

You are never required to stay on the mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us via our contact page. Unsubscribing does not affect your ability to continue using the Service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service itself (as distinct from puzzles you generate).
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The PuzzlePage name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of PuzzlePage and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The puzzles and PDFs you generate are yours to use as described in Section 2. We do not claim ownership over the word lists or content you supply.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PuzzlePage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
